Sladjana Cabrilo

Sladjana CabriloSladjana Cabrilo holds PhD in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Novi Sad (Serbia). She is Associate Professor in Knowledge Management and Technology and Innovation Management at I-Shou University (Taiwan, R.O.C). Her major research areas are knowledge management, intellectual capital, innovation, creativity and change management. Since 2010 her major research theme has been to explore the linkages between KM, IC, and innovation in order to capitalize IC for innovation through more effective innovation strategies and foster intangible innovation potential in the knowledge era. Her rich experience includes participation in scientific and industry-related projects, publishing more than 60 academic articles, papers, books and book chapters, and holding lectures and presentations worldwide. Some of these were held at the George Washington University (Washington DC, USA), the World Bank (Paris), the Global Forum (Washington DC, USA) and the Austrian Development Bank (Vienna, Austria). Prof. Cabrilo has delivered key note speeches and acted as a track chair in several international conferences. She is a member of The New Club of Paris, a Committee member of the European Conference on Intellectual Capital and a member of IC Group at Regional Chamber of Commerce (Republic of Serbia).
